Hyacinth Elise Browne, also known as “Jessie Boyce” of Brooklyn, New York, formerly of Mount Standfast Park and Greenwich Village, St. James, Barbados, entered into eternal rest on January 17th, 2022, at the age 92.
Wife of the late Lauriston Browne.
Daughter of the late Vivian Ambrose Rowe and Beryl Boyce.
Mother of Jacqueline Boyce, Cynthia”Rev. Dr. Jefferson” Bannister, Heather and the late Trevor Boyce (all of the U.S.A.).
Adopted Mother of Idalia ‘Cameron’ Cummins.
Grandmother of Cherryann and Michael Boyce, Rev. Carlos ‘Stephany’ Bannister, Ryan Boyce-Phillips, Min. Marsha ‘Matthew’ Gadsden and Ambrose ‘Ashley’ Gaillard (U.S.A.).
Great–Grandmother of Jonathan, Jayzelle, Rebekah, Mecca and Makaylah Boyce, Arina and Aliyah Gaillard, Makayla Boyce-Phillips, Alana, Layla and Zoe Bannister, Luke and Eva Gadsden (U.S.A.).

The funeral of the late Hyacinth Elise Browne leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Tuesday, February 15th at 12:30 p.m. for St. James Parish Church, Church Point, St. James where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 2:30 p.m.
The cortege will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment. The organist is kindly asked to attend.

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy to reflect the memories of Hyacinth Elise Browne from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 12 noon on Tuesday.
