On Wednesday 22nd September 2021, our matriarch and treasured Iris Sylvester Eudene Broomes, affectionately called “Eudene” or “Ms. Small” of Cliff Land, St. John, formerly of Kendal Hill Tenantry Road B, Christ Church, and Free Hill, St. George, was called Home to eternal rest in her 85th year.
Daughter of the late Adina and Clarence Small.
Cherished mother of Rosevelt, John, Tyrone, Anthony, and Maxine Broomes and Jacqueline Small.
Adored grandmother of Sunil, Janell, Kimmaria, Michelle, Rhea, Kyle and 12 others.
Great-grandmother of Jashawna Small and 14 others.
Sister of Doreen Small, the late DaCosta, St. Clare Oton, Alenzo, Erelene, and Ira.
Aunt and great aunt of many.
Relative of the Small, Olton, Browne and Broomes families.
Friend of Ms. Trotman, Orville, Dorothy, Gloria, Hadley, Yvette, Alita and many others.
The funeral leaves Clyde B. Jones Funeral Home, Top Rock, Christ Church on Wednesday 3rd November 2021 at 1:15pm for St. George Parish Church, The Glebe, St. George where invited relatives and friends are asked meet at 3:00pm for a Service of Thanksgiving, followed by the interment in the church yard.
