Affectiontely known as “Rudy” or “Dudah”, aged 86, late of King William Street, St. Michael. Former painter foreman of CPS entered peacefully into rest on Sunday, August 29th, 2021, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Son of the late Masadia Hinds and Allan Beckles. Beloved husband of Marina Hinds, Father of Robert, Janice and Sean Hinds, Jacqueline Hinds-Grant, Dexter Jules and the late Annette Wilson. Brother of the late Allan, Arthur and Anthony Hinds. Grandfather of Michelle, Tony (Cayman Islands), Randy (Canada) Makeisha, Zeona, Shontel, Catrina, Danielle and Janae. Great-Grandfather of Khloe and 11 others; Great-great-grandfather of two. Uncle of Cheryl, David, Wayne, Phillip, Kerry, Rodney, Beverly, Andrew, Richard and a few others. Father-in-law of Maria John-Lewis, Charles, Francis (US Virgin Island), Gerald Jules (Antigua) and June Hinds.

The service of the late Irvine Rudolph Hinds leaves L. E. Smith Funeral Home at St. Michael’s Row, Bridgetown St. Michael at 8:45am on Saturday 11th September 2021 for St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cathedral where invited relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00am for the Thanksgiving service. The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment.
Viewing takes place at the chapel of L. E. Smith Funeral Home on Friday – September 10th, 2021 from 3pm – 5pm. Floral tributes may be delivered to L. E. Smith Funeral Home no later than 8:00am on Saturday 11th, Sept.
