Sister of Coretta Forde, Barbara Broomes, Muriel Harris, Maureen Blackman (USA), Trevor and Ricardo Blackman; and the late Merle Hoyte and David Blackman.

The funeral of the late Norma Octavia Phillips takes place on Monday 15th November 2021 at the Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00pm for a Graveside Service of Thanksgiving, followed by the Interment.

Viewing of the body takes place under the tent from 1:00pm until the start of the service.
