Sheila Matilda Taitt

Aged 86, of 2nd Avenue Greaves Land, Black Rock, St. Michael – entered peacefully into rest on 5th September 2021. Sheila was a member of the James Street Women’s League and Widow of Harold Taitt. Mother of Ronals, Heather, Jeffrey, Sharon, Harold Taitt Jnr. and Marcia Taitt-Blackett.

Grandmother of Anderson and Danielle Taitt, Nadia Taitt-Blackett, Dandre Daniel and Andre Brathwaite. Great-grandmother of Ava-Marie Griffith. Friend of Dr. Carlisle and Norma Goddard, Edwardine Brathwaite (Canada), Ms. Phillips. Special friend of Gloria Archer, Undine Cumberbatch and Maria Harris (Caretakers).

The funeral of the late Sheila Matilda Taitt leaves – Keith Jones Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael on Thursday, 16th September, 2021 at 8:30am for the James Street Methodist Church, Bridgetown. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00am for a service of thanksgiving. The cortege will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment.

Floral tributes may be sent to the Keith Jones Funeral Home no later than 8:00am on Thursday 16th September, 2021. Viewing and respects may be paid on Wednesday 15th September, 2021 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm in the chapel of Keith Jones Funeral.
