JONES – Safely in the arms of Jesus, our beloved TONISHA MAKAELLA, affectionately called TONNI or TON TON entered into eternal rest on Monday January 24, 2022 at the age of 31. Resident of Chapel Land No.2, St. Philip, she was a Helper of the Christian Learning Clinic and faithful Worshipper of Calvary Deliverance Tabernacle, Church Village, St. Philip.
Daughter of Althea Jones and Tony Rawlins;
Grand-daughter of Marva Jones, Hensley Lucas (USA) and the late Erith and Hamilton Rawlins;
Sister of Anderson Steele and Kaitlyn Sinckler;
Niece of Bishop Orman Jones, Avril, Hensley, Maida and Marion Jones, Patricia Moseley and Michelle Rawlins (both of the USA) and Andrew Rawlins;
Cousin of Trevere Gittens, Rachelle, Kaleb, Joshua, Dawnica, Allison and Junior Jones, Drew and Ciandré Moseley, Rashad and Christina Cudjoe (both of the USA) and Megan Holder;
Relative of the Jones, Rice, Franklyn, Toppin, Pinder, Lucas, Sargeant, Haynes and Best families;
Special friend of many including Ms. Lashley and the Christian Learning Clinic, Elon, Sandra, Monique and the staff of the SJP Institute of Technology.
A Graveside Service celebrating the life of Tonisha Makaella Jones will take place in Chapel Lawns of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church on Friday March 4, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.; immediately followed by interment.
Viewing takes place at St. George’s Home for Funerals, Carmichael House, Carmichael, St. George, on Thursday March 3, 2022 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and an hour before the commencement of the Graveside Service. Flowers may be delivered to St. George’s Home for Funerals no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of the funeral.
